Precisely what does Essential Driving Training involve?
EDT is a program of 12 one-hour lessons. These lessons are designed to cover specific crucial driving abilities and improve your practical driving abilities.

You should also have a Sponsor, a seasoned driver (many student drivers choose a relative) who will supervise your driving practice inbetween lessons in Cabinteely, and will also track your improvement in your logbook.
After you finish your EDT course, you may still need additional lessons in Cabinteely with an ADI to boost your driving skills.
On the day of your driving test, you should bring your completed logbook on the test date that is designated, as you may be required to show it to the examiner.
